I love my Flow shorts for hot yoga and ordered a couple pair of Swerves to try for functional fitness workouts, thinking I might like a little more short for that purpose. The Swerve is a little more short. Heavier and longer but every bit as well made and comfortable as the Flow shorts with similarly comfortable waist band and liner. While you get a little more coverage, they still feel and move just right during a workout.
