These shorts fit perfectly. They're just tight enough to keep up with every movement, yet just loose enough so as to not to be constricting or otherwise annoying. This allows for better focus on postures than any other shorts I've worn. Also, while they feel heavy out of the box, they don't overheat for me in the classroom, even at 105+ temps. Highly recommend for any serious practitioner who wants shorts that actually help you practice via increased focus, control, and movement.
